SPIRAL PATH

The path isn't a straight line, it's a spiral. You continually come back to things you thought you understood and see deeper truths.

Why Spiral Path?

The Spiral has always had significance for me. One of the Reiki symbols is a spiral and since 1998 Reiki has played a huge role in my life. One of my Reiki students came up with the saying “Walking around in circles leads to stagnation. Walking the spiral path leads to growth, change and a coming home to the self.” This image struck me. If you imagine yourself walking endlessly around the same circle, you can just get deeper and deeper into the mire as you wear down the ground beneath you, plus you end up going nowhere. Stuck, stuck, stuck.

The beauty for me is that walking the Spiral Path can be either an inward or an outward journey, depending where you are in your life. As you walk the spiral, you continually come back to face things you thought you had dealt with, but uncover on a deeper level. You can keep coming back to the lessons as your spiral unfolds. The Spiral Path is unending, limitless as you journey through life. I also just love the shape!

That’s what my work is all about. Supporting you on your own Spiral Path journey, whether it is an inward or an outward one. The Spiral Path is all about reconnecting with your own inner power, your own “compass”. There are so many external influences that exert pressure on us. Be like this, do that, live this way, that we become disconnected from our own guidance system. My passion is helping you to reconnect with that.

So whether you are feeling that you need to take some time for inner reflection, or have a deep knowing that it’s time to make your presence felt in the world, if your whole being is screaming “stop!”or you just know there has to be a better way, I have the tools to support you, wherever you are on your journey, to help you become the very best version of yourself.

Together we can unpack what may be stopping you from taking the next step on your journey, helping you to see opportunities instead of obstacles.

What are you waiting for?
